About Me

Chase: New York, United States; Hi, my name is Chase. I am the happiest little boy ever! I was born with optic nerve colobomas in both eyes and labeled legally blind (I see lots though!). I also have been diagnosed with cerebellar hypoplasia, except my cerebellum isn't small...I just don't have one. Don't worry about me though, I have a great Mom, Dad, Big Brother and 7 AMAZING therapists who are doing everything they can to make sure I am doing as much as I possibly can and showering me in love every day.
